Prospective Player Form

The Prospective Player list is for those players that were unable to make the pre-season tryout, for whatever reason, and have discovered our league after they were completed or once our regular season has started.  This list is NOT for those players that attended a tryout but did not get drafted.  If you attended a tryout but did not get drafted, please  sign up on the Undrafted Free Agent List (use hyperlink to that form).

If you meet this criteria, please complete the form below and submit.  All team managers have access to this list.  On occasion managers need to add new players to their roster to replace those that may have moved away or sustained an injury.  Being on this list gives you an opportunity to be contacted by managers in need of a player, at any time throughout the season.  There is no cost to join this list.  If / when a manager reaches out to you, he/she will likely arrange a ‘tryout’ with you at an indoor facility or outdoor practice with the team.  If you are extended an offer to play with a team, you will then go to the Player Registration area of our website to register and pay.
